traditional tribal fitness
Tribal Fitness is based on an African Nomad Workout where you don't use special equipment or weights but rather what is inherent in your own body and in your surrounding environment. Traditional Tribal Fitness focuses on conditioning, toning, and strengthening your body while increasing flexibility. Kwesi learned the art of Tribal Fitness under the mentorship of his grandfather while growing up in Ghana. The two would workout every morning on their farm using trees, sticks, stones, benches, and each other as the only "equipment" necessary for this rigorous and challenging regimen. Kwesi's grandfather, now 89, still lives and Ghana and still performs this workout every morning which he learned from his own father, a Ghanaian Bantam Weight Champion Boxer. Tribal Fitness is a family Tradition which Kwesi Morris passes on everyday to his clients.
biography
Kwesi "Kiki" Morris has been providing custom personal training for over six years. He has studied a variety of types of fitness training including Conditioning, Personal Training, and Jujitsu.
