Group Exercise Classes
Traditional Tribal Fitness offers group exercise classes with Kiki Morris featuring challenging exercises that are fun and deceptively simple in a non-competitive, fun environment. Whatever your goals (cardio fitness, weight loss, increased flexibility, power, speed) you can achieve them with Traditional Tribal Fitness. The routines are always changing so we never get bored. Certified Personal Trainer
Kiki Morris is a certified Personal Trainer and was named “Best Outdoor Trainer in NYC” by the Village Voice. Combining ‘traditional tribal’ exercises from his African grandfather with a deep knowledge of exercise science, boxing and jiu-jitsu, Kiki has developed a uniquely creative style that is a lot of fun and produces incredible results. Most trainers use machines to give their clients a great workout, but Kiki’s approach is that our bodies are the only machines you really need to stay fit. So once you learn the routines, you can exercise anywhere, anytime- your apartment, a hotel room, public park- and you don’t need a gym membership to do it.

We welcome members of all age groups and fitness levels. This is not a competitive class and the vibe is supportive and communal.
