What do I need to bring to class?

Just yourself!

Kiki brings jump ropes, mats, resistance bands, ropes, weights, boxing equipment, and lots of other useful items to intensify your workout. But most importantly he’ll teach you how to use normal, every day items (like a park bench) to work you out in ways you never thought possible.

 

What if the weather tomorrow looks bad?

Keep an eye out and follow Kiki’s Instagram and Facebook postings. He’ll let you know the class location will be either moved to an indoor location or canceled. You can always call or email him as well.

 

How long do classes run?

The time you’re in class will really depend on you and your schedule. Typically most people are there for an hour to an hour and a half.

 

How large are classes?

Typically in summer classes will range from 5-8 people.
